Guinea

In Guinea since 2020, Ucoopia is committed to improving the living conditions of communities while protecting ecosystems, particularly mangroves. Our projects promote inclusive and sustainable governance of natural resources by strengthening the capacities of local actors, with a particular focus on women and young people.  

We also encourage agroecological transition and adaptation to climate change through sustainable agricultural practices. In addition, we raise awareness and train young people on environmental issues by integrating education on sustainable development into schools and promoting traditional knowledge.  

All of these actions aim to preserve biodiversity, support the stability of communities, and strengthen their resilience.
