Analysis
In Bolivia, since 2008, Ucoopia has been working with local partners to build the capacity of farming families and support their exercise of the rights to food sovereignty and land management.
We support communities in the transition to agroecology, the sustainable management of natural resources—particularly water—land-use planning, women’s empowerment, and the commercial promotion of local, sustainable, and fair-trade products.
At the same time, we are committed to advocacy and collaboration among stakeholders to advance public policies that support family farming and strengthen democracy.
