Background

Decent employment and entrepreneurship are essential drivers of development. We work with young people, women, returning migrants, producers and NEETS (young people not in employment, education or training) to promote their professional integration and economic independence. We also collaborate with institutions to support their management capacities.

Together,
we are developing
the following areas:

  • Social and local entrepreneurship: support for inclusive businesses that create decent jobs.
  • Professional integration: supporting young people in accessing skills training, employment or entrepreneurship.
  • Institutional strengthening: support for the management of public and community organisations to improve services to the population.
