As a Master’s student in Political Science, specializing in International Relations, I chose to do my internship at ULB-Coopération to give meaning to my studies and make a concrete commitment to a more just world. As a native of Brazil, I felt particularly concerned by the issues addressed by cooperation, particularly education for global citizenship and solidarity (ECMS).

During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of enriching projects: leading awareness-raising workshops, organizing Cooperation Games, communicating with participants, creating visual aids for the CAP Genre webinar, and more. This diversity of tasks allowed me to develop skills in facilitation, communication, and event management.

What struck me most was the team’s friendly and caring atmosphere. I felt welcomed, listened to, and supported throughout my internship. The informal exchanges, shared moments, and spirit of collaboration really made a difference.

Today, I come away from this experience even more motivated to get involved in the cooperation or non-profit sector. This internship has strengthened my convictions and allowed me to make concrete plans for a professional future that is in line with my values.
