Cambodia

In Cambodia, Ucoopia works to strengthen the resilience of family farming and promote the transition to sustainable, safe, and inclusive food systems.

We support producers in adopting agroecological practices, improving productivity, and diversifying their income. We also support the processing and marketing of high value-added agricultural products (including sustainable Cambodian rice), while facilitating access to fair markets.

Our actions also aim to increase women‘s economic independence, strengthen their participation in decision-making bodies, and promote healthy nutrition.

Finally, we contribute to advocacy and knowledge sharing to influence public policy in favor of smallholder farmers
