Call for tenders for the implementation of the artistic and cultural program of the Mangal Festival

As part of the second edition of the Mangal Festival, Ucoopia (formerly Eclosio), a member of the Gulf of Benin Deltas Collective, is launching a call for tenders to hire an organization, agency, or supplier to run the festival’s artistic and cultural program.

The festival is structured around five complementary programs (educational, administrative, scientific, territorial appeal, and artistic), which are developed over six months through participatory activities such as workshops, exchanges, hackathons, and artistic residencies. In September 2026, a final event will bring this dynamic to a close with a series of events and activities aimed at the general public, organized over several days and spread across different locations. This final event will showcase the results of the programs and projects carried out in the reserve, while raising awareness about nature conservation.

Applications must be submitted no later than Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (local time).
