Salvina Ikoli

As a sophomore in the Bachelor’s program in Human Resources Management (HEFF Brussels), I completed my first professional internship from February 2 to March 6, 2026, during an organizational merger. My responsibilities primarily involved filing, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

This experience helped me understand the importance of attention to detail and organization in human resources work. Despite my initial apprehensions, I received excellent guidance from my supervisor and support from a caring and supportive team.

I’m leaving this internship with a wide range of skills and a clearer understanding of the industry. This immersive experience has also opened up new opportunities for me, including a growing interest in international cooperation and the possibility of pursuing a master’s degree.
