Lisa-Amélie Goetghebeu
As a sophomore majoring in international cooperation, I completed my internship in the ECMS department in February 2026. Although it was an observational internship, I was able to actively participate in various activities, including meetings, training sessions, projects (Cooperation Games, micro-projects), and calls for proposals.
This experience gave me hands-on experience with teamwork, ECMS tools, and various management methods. Above all, it confirmed my desire to pursue a career in this field.
I particularly appreciated the supportive atmosphere, the team’s attentiveness, and the flexibility offered by Ucoopia, as well as the diversity of projects, which was very stimulating.
I would have liked more hands-on experience and interaction with the target audiences, as well as communication that was sometimes more accessible. Despite the heavy workload, this internship was still a very rewarding experience.
