Our action
The objective is to strengthen farmer organizations (FOs) active in market gardening in the Koungheul department. The plan is to provide training and support to FOs in planning the agricultural season, preparing operating accounts, accessing credit, purchasing inputs collectively, and selling production collectively.
In practice, the project plans to bring together potato and onion producers around farmer training fields (CEP). These CEPs, which will be equipped with agricultural equipment and inputs, will serve as participatory action research plots, demonstration sites, and training support for producers. The results of these activities will be widely disseminated through audiovisual media (image boxes, brochures, videos, etc.). Experience-sharing visits will also be organized to promote the sharing of knowledge and know-how.
