Objectives

This project, carried out jointly with LuxDev (Luxembourg cooperation), aims to provide sustainable tools to those involved in professional integration so that they can support young people in jobs related to the organization of the 2026 Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in the regions of Thiès, Kaolack, and Kaffrine.

SDG

Our action

To achieve this goal, the project will:

  • Strengthening sports activities as a tool for education and inclusion in 84 FPT establishments. To this end, Eclosio will strengthen the skills of staff at vocational and technical training establishments (EFPT) in the “sports” approach and support the development of specifications for inclusive, accessible, and sustainable sports facilities.
  • Inform, raise awareness, and spark interest among young people and their parents in vocational and technical training (VET) in order to promote their integration into the world of work. This information/awareness-raising will be carried out through master classes, career fairs and open days, competitions, radio broadcasts, and information sessions in schools. It will be supported by attractive, high-quality digital communication.
  • Strengthen support mechanisms for young people as they enter careers related to the YOG and assist them in their professional and social development by supporting their job search, encouraging entrepreneurship, and promoting practical experience in the workplace.

Beneficiaries
