Cooperation Games

The Cooperation Games are a “serious game” focusing on cooperation issues, a competition to solve real-life cases encountered by NGOs in the field, organized by Ucoopia (formerly ULB-Coopération)!

It is an annual competition for teams of students from all master’s programs to work together to develop and propose innovative and sustainable solutions to issues related to health, agro-environment, entrepreneurship, and/or critical citizenship in international contexts.

Procedure

After an initial evening of meetings and workshops, the teams spend a whole day working on solving their case. They are supported by professionals from the sector to fuel their thinking, particularly with regard to cooperation. At the end of the afternoon, they submit a written report to a jury, which will select six teams for the grand final.

The six teams selected are then coached to help them give their best during the oral presentation before a jury of professionals from the private sector, academia, and development cooperation.

Awards

Depending on the results achieved by the teams, attractive rewards that are in line with our ethics are up for grabs.
