training for organizations and businesses
As an inter-university NGO, ucoopia places training at the heart of its missions.
In designing and implementing our own civic education and cooperation initiatives, we draw on technical, methodological, educational, and organizational skills that we are willing to share with other institutions: leaders, technicians, public authorities, NGOs, producer organizations, public services, universities, research or extension centers, decentralized authorities, consulting firms, etc.
Some of its skills are truly fundamental to our activities and have thus become areas of expertise for Ucoopia (agroecology, knowledge management, multi-stakeholder coordination, project methodology).

Customized training courses
We make it a point of honor to conduct our training courses in such a way that they support and strengthen the professional skills of the participants, and therefore of their institution or organization.
Our training courses can be held in Belgium or in one of the countries where we operate. They last from 3-4 days (basic, targeted training) to several months (integration of technical and methodological content, possible inclusion of a period of individual support).
